Why Choose Wildflower?
Beauty with a Conscience
Every product used at Wildflower is chosen deliberately. From color to care, formulas are evaluated for ingredient integrity, vegan standards, performance, and environmental impact—because what goes on your body and down our drains matters.
Color that Looks like You
The goal isn’t hair that looks freshly “done.” It’s dimensional, lived-in color that belongs to you—designed around your natural coloring, texture and growth so beautifully that people notice you, not your hair color.
Complex Hair Needs Deeper Expertise
Damage, unpredictable color, scalp sensitivity or hair that simply isn’t behaving the way it used to requires more than another formula. Wildflower specializes in looking at the whole picture, identifying patterns and building an intentional path forward.
Sometimes you’ve already changed—the career, the confidence, the identity, the season of life—but the person in the mirror still reflects an earlier version of you. Hair can become part of bringing those two versions back into alignment.

Our Team
Restorative Color | Precision Cutting | Corrective Work
Alchemy is the ability to transform what exists into what it has the potential to become.
Patrick specializes in creating lasting color results and restoring compromised hair. His method blends precision cutting, chemistry, and color theory into an approach built around working with the hair rather than forcing it into submission.
With two decades of experience in advanced color theory and structure-based design, Patrick brings a rare mix of technical mastery and intuition. His process is transparent and efficient, built for clients who value a holistic approach to beauty, an honest consultation, natural, lived-in results, and a stylist capable of seeing the whole picture.
Pricing Philosophy: Transparent Hourly-based services tailored to your goals — ensuring time is used intentionally, and results are not rushed. Wildflower Has Adapted a European No Tip Culture, this allows clients to reallocate those resourses to quality at home products.
Wedding & Occasion
Wildflower approaches wedding beauty as more than hair and makeup. Packages are thoughtfully coordinated, creating a cohesive experience built around you, your people, and the atmosphere you want surrounding you that morning.
The experience begins with a brief guided meditation—a quiet 10–15 minutes designed to start the day in a relaxed state, ground everyone into the moment, and begin the day feeling present rather than rushed you will feel carried and able to enjoy every second leading up to the big moment. And your beauty team doesn’t necessarily disappear when the last pin goes in.
Because wedding services can be reserved by time rather than priced only per person, Patrick can remain through portraits and ceremony for touch-ups, veil placement and removal, and even a second look for the reception—from releasing an updo to creating something softer for the evening.

What to Expect
Once your appointment or consultation is booked, you’ll receive a text from your stylist opening a direct line of communication. No waiting until appointment day to begin figuring out whether you’ve booked the right thing.
It Starts with a Conversation
Your consultation begins before you arrive. We’ll talk through your hair history, desired result, lifestyle, maintenance, timing and any constraints that may affect the plan. The consultation isn’t complete, however, until your stylist can see, feel and assess your hair in person.
We Build the Plan Together
While you’re waiting for your appointment, visit the FAQ to learn how to prepare, what to expect, how hourly pricing works, product and ingredient standards, policies, and the questions clients most often ask before their first visit.
Get to Know WildFlower
As your appointment approaches, you’ll receive an email and text to confirm your date and time and complete your Wildflower Holistic waiver and intake paperwork. Then all that’s left is to arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Because with the options available to us today, I don’t think exceptional results require unnecessary compromise.
Veganism is an ethical standard at Wildflower. When an ingredient can be sourced from plants without relying on animals—and without sacrificing performance—that feels like a pretty easy choice to make.
Low-tox gets a little nerdier.
As a stylist, I work with these products repeatedly, all day, for years. So I think about exposure differently than someone using a product at home every few weeks. I want to know not only whether an ingredient works, but why it’s there, whether it’s necessary, and whether something gentler can accomplish the same thing.
And I look beyond the ingredient list. Formulation, pH, manufacturer claims, sourcing, environmental impact, professional exposure, and what happens to the hair with repeated use all matter when I decide what earns a place at Wildflower.
That doesn’t mean I think “chemical” is a dirty word. Quite the opposite—I’m a hair colorist. Chemistry is kind of the whole gig. Low-tox simply means understanding the chemistry well enough to be selective about it.
If I can get exceptional performance from the more responsible option, why wouldn’t I?

The first few times I traveled internationally, I was genuinely surprised to discover that tipping simply wasn’t part of the culture in many European service industries. The price was the price, the professional was compensated for their work, and the quality of the experience didn’t depend on what happened at checkout.
It made me start paying attention to tipping differently when I came home.
I began noticing the strange little power dynamics it can create. A stylist coming in on their day off because the person asking is a great tipper. A client wondering whether they tipped enough. Someone stretching their budget to afford their hair and then feeling obligated to add another 20%. Or a client skipping the treatment or home-care product that would actually protect their investment because they’ve already mentally set that money aside for the tip.
And if I’m being completely transparent, I had to recognize places where tipping had influenced my own behavior, too. I didn’t like that.
Everyone at Wildflower should receive the same level of care regardless of how much disposable income they have. And stylists shouldn’t have to wonder what their work was worth to someone after they’ve already performed it.
So we removed the question entirely.
Our pricing is designed to compensate us fairly for the time, expertise, education, and energy that go into the work. You don’t need to decide what I’m worth—I’ve already done that math.
And when it’s time to check out, there’s no awkward screen, no percentage to calculate, and no wondering whether you did enough.
You already did. You paid for your appointment.
-
Because I don’t think you should need a cosmetology license to book a hair appointment.
Traditional à la carte menus can put a surprising amount of responsibility on the client. Do you need a partial foil or a full? A toner or a gloss? How many bowls of color? Is the treatment included? Is that an add-on? And most importantly: how are you supposed to know how much of any of that I’ll need to get you from where you are to where you want to go?
That’s my job.
Hourly pricing lets us start with the result and build the service around it. If I determine that we need more color, a different technique, or another twenty foils halfway through the appointment, you shouldn’t suddenly have to decide whether you can afford for me to finish the plan properly.
I especially don’t want technical necessities eating into the money you set aside for the things that protect your investment. It makes very little sense to me to charge you for another bowl of color and then have you skip the repair treatment or take-home care your hair actually needs because we just spent that money somewhere else.
So at Wildflower, you’re reserving my time and expertise, not trying to assemble your own service from a menu of techniques.
We’ll figure out what needs to happen together. I’ll worry about the jargon, the formulas, the bowls, the foils, and how we get there.
You just need to know how you want to feel when you leave.

A holistic stylist is someone who understands that your hair doesn’t exist separately from the rest of your life.
Of course we look at the things hairstylists are traditionally trained to consider—skin tone, eye color, face shape, hair texture, density, growth patterns, and condition. But we also understand that internal and external factors can influence both your hair and the results we create.
That can mean your diet, medications, sleep, stress, environment, lifestyle, wardrobe, favorite accessories, home routine, sensory preferences, personality, and even how much time and energy you realistically want to spend getting ready in the morning. Things like sun exposure, humidity, chlorine, and your everyday activities can matter, too.
Not every one of those things matters for every person. The craft is knowing which ones matter for you.
The goal is to curate a look and maintenance routine that works with your life rather than asking your life to work around your hair. When we get that right, the impact often reaches further than expected. Getting dressed becomes easier. Your hair behaves more predictably. Your routine takes less thought. The things you already own suddenly work better together.
The best hair doesn’t just look good on you. It works for you.
